A few of my favorite things…

There are a few things in my makeup bag and on my bathroom shelf that are my saviors, my must-haves, my can’t-live-without’s! You know, when you find something that works so well for you? Or gives incredible results? Here are a few of my favorite things.

I love, love, love my BeautyBlender. It is the absolute most perfect little makeup applicator/sponge. It works so well when applying concealer. The pointy tip gets right into the corner of my eyes. And because you “bounce” it across your skin, there is no tugging, pulling or rubbing. Then, there’s my Jordana 12-Hour Made To Last Eyeshadow Pencil in Tenacious Brown (I even love the color name). It has a rich, matte finish that stays put until I take it off. It’s also water-resistant but wipes away easily with eye makeup remover.

I’m a big fan of The Jojoba Company line. Two skincare essentials for me are the Cucumber & Guava Firming Eye Balm and the Absolute Serum. The eye cream soothes and de-puffs under my eyes and reduces the appearance of my pesky fine lines. The serum is light and hydrating. It works on wrinkles and other tell-tale aging signs while firming and encouraging collagen production. Both are made with natural ingredients.

For my hair, I can’t live without the Super Solano hair dryer. Even heat and power dry my hair quicker which means less damage and breakage. After styling, I apply a spritz of Oscar Blandi Jasmine Oil Hair Serum on my ends. The non-greasy oil smooths flyaways and adds shine.

Oh, and then there’s Seche Vite Base Coat and Top Coat…they are the perfect start and finish to a chip-free manicure. I could go on and on! What are a few of your favorite things?
