The power of Vitamin A

We are all health conscious, right? Or at least we try. I know I try to eat well most of the time, choosing foods that are rich in vitamins, minerals and other good stuff. Just as important is how we are taking care of our skin. It’s the inside and the outside. Think of it as a holistic approach. Take for example Vitamin A.  Vitamin A is has essential benefits to our body both internally and externally. It is vital for a healthy immune system and good vision. Topically, Vitamin A, or retinoids, is a fantastic anti-ager.

I’m in my 40s and a concern of mine is getting older. I know it’s inevitable but I can do things to help slow down my forming fine lines and wrinkles. I am very careful about what I put on my skin. I want a product with clean ingredients that is going to target my problem areas. I use a Vitamin A serum by Osmosis with noticeable results. But, I want to take it a step further.

We have a new line called Healthworks. It’s a collection of all natural super foods! The Goji Berries are chock full of Vitamin A. So this seems like a logical start…Vitamin A on the outside and Vitamin A on the inside. The berries are delicious. I love that I’m eating something so incredibly healthy, too. In addition to Vitamin A (and B, C, D and E), 100% raw goji berries have essential amino acids, protein and fiber, and tons of minerals. Try them in smoothies or salads, or just right out of the bag like me.

Pairing the serum and the berries together makes me feel like my whole body is happy. What do you do for your whole body?
